"If I could give zero stars I would and the only reason I’m giving a star is so I can leave a review. Me and my girlfriend have a policy through this State Farm and my god are they horrible in this office. We were quoted $194 a month for us both to have full coverage on two different cars. Called a few days later after I activated the drive safe and save tracker and was told that the policy had to be moved up a year to have me on it and that the policy was now $204. Meaning I wasn’t on it when it was first quoted. All of a sudden my bill is due and the policy is now $238 a month. Don’t come to the company, go anywhere else. They lock you in with a low quote and then just gradually keep raising it. We will not be keeping this company and will be going back to Allstate."

I have done an initial review of the policy, but will give you a call next week to discuss some possible options. We always try to give 100% accurate quotes, but with the transition over to our new system this appears to be the first case where the quote to application process was impacted by a secondary underwriting review. I want to work on getting a more satisfactory solution for you, and will reach out on Monday to see what we can do. "
